The safest, smartest way to vote

Intuitive, User Friendly, Environmentally Friendly and Cost-Effective.

Once your Board adopts a Resolution which offers an online voting system for your members, members consenting
to vote online may register and vote using eVoteMAX.
Your association will be asked to provide a roster of eligible voters to eVoteMAX.
PIN numbers will be provided to each eligible voter. Voters will then use those PIN numbers to register on eVoteMAX.

The simplicity of voting with eVoteMAX

Using eVoteMAX to Elect your Board of Directors
Simply select your candidates of choice, submit your ballot and your're done!

eVoteMAX complies with the secret ballot procedure required by Chapters 718 and 719 of the Florida Statutes for condominium and cooperative owners respectively. Once a registered voter casts a vote for his or her choice of candidates, there will be no further access to change such vote. eVoteMAX will provide each registered voter with a receipt memorializing only his or her voting choices. The vote results will remain completely anonymous. For more information on how to use eVoteMAX to elect your board of directors please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions and Answers links.

Using eVoteMAX for other types of votes
Simply make your choice, submit your ballot and your're done!

In addition to electing your Board of Directors, eVoteMAX can be used to conduct other membership votes such as votes to amend the governing documents, waive reserves and approve material alterations. eVoteMAX functions the same way a traditional vote would inasmuch as a registered voter can change his or her vote up until the date of the vote and the voting is not anonymous.
